...An eight hour flight from Italy to the United States changed my life… After visiting friends in Italy I was returning home when I had the most fortunate luck of being seated next to my future wife. I knew immediately that we had a future together but it took the entire flight to convince her. Federica Alemanno is now my wife. Because of her, my direction is more defined in my life and my work. Federica is a renowned fashion designer. With marketing and image being the critical element for a successful real estate business Federica’s artistic sensibility has been an asset to my business.
I learned the importance of hard work from my father. However, my father chose to commit his entire life to his company, endlessly working to achieve his professional goals. His approach to business made me realize I wanted to reach the same successes yet through a different tactic, which could allow me to enjoy and care for my marriage.
My home is in one of the private communities where I focus my business efforts. This community has worked as a foundation for me, becoming number one here allowed me to invest the money to get to the next level. My clients know about my open door policy, I help with anything… even organizing to walk their dog. They consider me their neighborhood concierge. I list 95% of the homes for sale in the community where I live.
My marketing focus is on my website presence and online technology.
